Sheila: I have hid from the world in so many ways my whole life and I am ready to just lay everything out on the table about myself. I hope for this blog to be a motivator to, not only myself, but those who need to change their life. I will share things that I've never though I could possibly share with strangers, let alone my family and friends. I'm not afraid to be honest anymore and I think that's a huge step for me. This weight loss journey has not been an easy one. I've had my ups and downs and I am proud to say that I will never put this weight on again...it's not even a possibility anymore...it's not an OPTION. I am better than this...and I WILL do this for my family. I hope that you find some inspiration and motivation in my journey as I know it will be ongoing. Take a look around! :)
